Since I started making music I’ve always wanted to add vocals to my songs and never felt the courage to do it. I’ve been doing some exercises and improving week by week to the point I wish I would rerecord the vocals on my debut song you can listen to here. I guess it will be fun to go back and listen to it as I release more songs.
I knew one thing. I wanted to use my voice. I don’t want to use any AI at any point. The only thing I’m ok with in terms of the music I listen and I like is the use of an LLM (ChatGPT) as a dictionary tool where you check for terms, idioms, and ways to express the same thing. The reason in my case being that I’m not English native, so it takes me a long time to make sure things are said and written in the right way. On the other hand, the song that I written actually has an idiom mistake and I realized it too late.
I recently purchased an Ableton Move, with my own money, not sponsored. I had a blast with it and a lot of fun, until the next day, I pushed the power button, and it didn’t turn on. There could be many reasons why an Ableton Move doesn’t turn on and that’s why there’s a troubleshoot page that you should check (check the link below)
I transformed my tiny home studio from a closet into a perfect space for work, music, and YouTube. Watch the before-and-after comparison to see how acoustic panels drastically improved the sound quality by reducing echo and enhancing clarity.
I found some nice shots in this footage I took in 2019 but the overall story was lacking so I tried my best with a voiceover and some music I made in Ableton Live.
I’m building my first eurorack synthesizer. I started in modular using VCV rack and this are my experiences going from software to hardware. I never owned a hardware or analog synth before. These are my first steps into the modular world, how I got inspired, and what I did to find modules using modulargrid. Listen to some of the jams I made, reading manuals, finding ways to use different modules, and thoughts on starting with a bigger case than what you need.
