Ableton Move does not turn on / Potential fixes / And my specific issue

I recently purchased an Ableton Move with my own money, not sponsored. I had a blast with it and a lot of fun, until the next day when I pressed the power button and it wouldn’t turn on.
There could be many reasons why an Ableton Move doesn’t turn on, which is why there’s a troubleshooting page you should check (link below).
The first thing that came to mind was that the battery had drained overnight, but that wasn’t the case. It was very strange. Sometimes, I could get it to power on by connecting and disconnecting devices to the USB-A port while also connecting and disconnecting the power supply to the USB-C port.
Because of how strange this issue was, I made sure to record videos and provide them to the Ableton team. It’s always important to make these issues clear to the engineers working on this kind of hardware so they have all the necessary information.
I’m sharing the two videos I made so far. In the first, I unboxed it and quickly made a song. I kid you not, I spent just 10 minutes or so playing with it. It’s great for this sort of stuff—you turn it on, create a new set, and ideas start flowing. Then you hit “capture,” and boom, you’re just getting started.
I’ve already opened some of these projects in Ableton Live and expanded them by adding other synths I love, like Serum, and effects outside of the stock Ableton plugins, like Valhalla plugins or the new Transit 2.
